Research topic :

Radio observations and interferometric techniques are the main tools I use to carry out my research, which focuses on the physics of compact objects. In particular, I am interested in understanding the time-variable radio sky searching for explosions, collisions, and disruption events. I use deep radio surveys that will help us to constraint the rates and the physical mechanisms that drive these explosions and outflows.

Academic background and professional experience:

I got my degree in Physics from the Aristotle University Thessaloniki and subsequently, I pursued my PhD at the University of Cologne and Max-Planck Institute for Radioastronomy in a joined doctoral program, IMPRS of Astronomy and Astrophysics.
